Copenhagen Business School (CBS) is on the lookout for a dynamic Academic Project Manager (Postdoc) to join the seizmic doctoral network-a 4-year interdisciplinary research project funded by the MSCA Horizon 2020 programme.
The seizmic doctoral network project will explore various facets of social entrepreneurship and impact investing across Europe, focusing on enhancing social enterprise outcomes through innovative business models, AI mentoring, and effective education strategies. The research will cover topics such as impact measurement, cross-sector collaborations and the role of digital ecosystems in social entrepreneurship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate 15 PhDs across nine European universities.
- Facilitate research focused on overcoming barriers to the external scaling of social enterprises.
- Collaborate with PhD students, their supervisors, and non-academic partners.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with MSCA mobility requirements through secondments.
