We are pleased to share that after the success of our first panel at IIAS 2022 in Rome, Italy with Dr. Abiha Zahra,  where we received a good number of interesting papers from researchers working around the globe on South Asia, this year we aim to broaden the scope to the entire world.

We are delighted to invite abstracts for our new Panel on 'HRM Reforms in the Public Sector: Career and Performance of Civil Servants' at IIAS-SEAPP 2023 to be held in Doha.
We look forward to receiving research papers focussed on HR-related reforms for civil servants affecting their recruitment, selection, promotions, accountability, and compensation. We encourage the researchers to look at the bureaucracy and political relations and how that impacts the career and performance of civil servants. The deadline for abstract submission is 30th November (the detailed call for papers is attached in the main post). IIAS - International Institute of Administrative Sciences #IIAS-SEAP2023
