If you answered 'yes' to the above questions, we would love to have you join our team of volunteers! As you finalize your schedule for the 2024 AOM meeting in Chicago, please include time to join us as a Career Services volunteer! This year's Career Services activities take place in the Hyatt Regency.
Volunteers are needed during the following days/times (please feel free to volunteer for as many, or as few, hours as you like). As a bonus, AOM is providing breakfast and lunch for Career Service volunteers each of these three days, within the Career Services location.
· Saturday, August 10: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
· Sunday, August 11: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
· Monday, August 12: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Use this LINK to sign up on the volunteer schedule. If you prefer, please reply to this post with your volunteer times and our team will be happy to add you to the schedule. We will circulate an updated schedule as your requests are received. We have slots for both experienced and novice volunteers, so please remind us if you're a returning volunteer or first-timer.
Finally, we have made a change to our annual Monday evening event (which will no longer take place on Monday). Instead, this year's fun-filled event is scheduled for Friday, August 9th from 4:00 – 5:00 pm., and will include job seekers, employers, and other school representatives! We will acknowledge our leadership transition, general volunteers, and any previous volunteers who are in attendance. Please join us for this event!
