The 2021 REF results placed our research power at 9th in the rankings for Business and Management Studies. The department of LHRM has made several notable contributions to business and management studies in each of these areas. Since 2021, LHRM colleagues have published in journals such as Human Resource Management Journal, Human Resource Management, British Journal of Management, Academy of Management Learning and Education, Journal of Business Ethics, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Management, Gender, Work and Organisation, Work & Stress, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Work, Employment & Society, Industrial Relations Journal, Public Management Review, Public Administration, Regional Studies, Journal of Organizational Behaviour, and Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology.
