    Nonprofit Management Faculty Position

     

    The University of Delaware's Joseph R. Biden, Jr. School of Public Policy and Administration invites applications for an open rank tenure-track or tenured faculty position with a primary focus on Nonprofit Management. We seek an exceptional colleague with a record of research excellence in Nonprofit Management. Qualified candidates must have a Ph.D. at the time of application and will have a scholarly record appropriate to the academic rank of the appointment that includes peer-reviewed scholarly publications, an active research agenda, and experience or commitment to teaching courses on the nonprofit sector, nonprofit management, and strategic planning, marketing and fundraising. Ideal candidates will have a record of, or commitment to, seeking external funding. Responsibilities will include maintaining a high impact research agenda that has the potential to appear in top field and specialty journals, teaching a full breadth of nonprofit management courses, and advising students.

     

    The Biden School of Public Policy and Administration engages faculty, professional staff, and students from a variety of disciplines and diverse backgrounds in the classroom, on public service and research project teams, and in collaboration with outside organizations. The Biden School offers a range of undergraduate majors and graduate degrees, and our nonprofit concentration is ranked 28th by US News and World Report.
