The Administrative Sciences Association of Canada invites you to submit a paper, work-in-progress, case, symposium, or workshop proposal to the 2021 ASAC conference. The year 2020 brought with it unprecedented challenges and the possibility of unforeseen and long-lasting changes. The early months of 2020 saw a pandemic of global proportions. The killing of George Floyd kindled protests worldwide and sparked important discussions about systemic racism. The rise of populism has resulted in seismic political upheavals whose aftershocks have resonated around the world.

The impact of these and other major events has rapidly changed the way organizations operate, how people work and relate to each other, how globalization is seen, and the viability of entire industries and economies. The question we ask at ASAC 2021 is:

"How can research in business and management help people and organizations in Canada and around the world to prepare themselves for a future that promises to be significantly different-and continue to experience significant differences-than previously imaginable?"
