The Impact Investing Doctoral Development Workshop offers a unique platform for doctoral students in the field of impact investing. This workshop which is part of the Impact Investing Days (https://www.tilmeld.dk/iid2024/) is tailored to facilitate the exchange of ideas, provide expert feedback, and foster collaborations between senior scholars and the next generation of impact investing scholars.

Application Deadline: 15th February 2024 (we accept applications on a first come / first in basis, so we recommend interested PhD students to apply before the deadline.)
The first ten PhD students to register for the doctoral workshop will receive a 500$ stipend from the Center for Ethical & Sustainable Business at SFSU's Lam Family College of Business to cover attendance costs.
During the workshop (Sunday 17th March 12:00-16:00) participants will present the current state of their PhD projects in a supportive environment. These sessions are structured to encourage constructive feedback and dialogue, giving students a unique opportunity to refine their research with input from experienced scholars and practitioners. The workshop also provides skill-building opportunities related research methodologies and academic publishing. Targeted mentorship will offer personalized guidance and advice on career development, research direction, and academic challenges.
To participate, please submit an application through the link above outlining your thesis project and its current stage. This information will help us in pairing you with the most suitable senior scholars and peer groups. Additionally, specify the areas where you seek feedback and support, be it theoretical frameworks, methodology, data analysis, or practical implementation aspects.
