    Sorry for cross posting!

    I am interested in examining administrators' perceptions about new public management (NPM) and new public service (NPS). Does anyone know of any surveys, self-assessment tools, or other measures that capture such perceptions or get to various elements embedded within those concepts? Any suggestions will be appreciated.
