    Dear Colleagues,

    The 2018 IRSPM conference will be held in Edinburgh, Scotland, April 11-13, 2018.

    To submit an abstract please visit https://irspm2018.exordo.com/login and follow the instructions. Abstract submission is now open and the deadline is 20th October.  Authors will be notified of the outcome by 24th November 2017.  If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact: irspm2018@speak.co.uk

    I'd specifically like to encourage submissions for two panels that I am co-chairing:

    23. Interactive Political Leadership (other co-chairs are Barbara Crosby, University of Minnesota, and Eva Sorensen and Jacob Torfing, both at Roskilde University)

    39. Leadership and Strategic Planning for Places and Spaces (other co-chairs are Alessandro Sancino, The Open University; Robin Hambleton, University of the West of England; Brad Jackson, Victoria University of Wellington; Jean Hartley, The Open University; Jane Roberts, The Open Universit'y; and  Richard Callahan, University of San Francisco.
