Hello everyone
I am looking for teaching cases or simulations that can be used in a
course on fiscal decentralization. We are looking to develop an
exercise where our participants (public finance professionals in
Pakistan) can discuss and explore challenges of fiscal
decentralization in expenditure distribution, revenue distribution,
local government budgeting, inter-government financial relationships,
federal and provincial budget allocations and so on.
So if you know of or have prepared some good simulations or teaching
cases that will be suitable for the above, please do let me know. We
are looking for both free and paid resources as we do have a budget
for procurement of teaching material. Any recommendations or
suggestions will be highly appreciated!
