Apologies for cross-posting
We would like to formally invite you to participate in a PDW focused on publishing in journals devoted to the public Non-Profit filed of research. This PDW offers a unique opportunity to discuss both where to publish in the public, non-profit sector in terms of the range and types of journals available, as well as why to publish in the discipline area in the first place. Editors from Australian Journal of Public Administration, Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, Public Administration Review, and Review of Public Personnel Administration: The Journal of Public Human Resource Management, will not just present their own journals, but will also (a) explain what they understand to be the distinctiveness and advantage of publishing in the public, non- profit field and (b) offer some hints and tips for getting published in their journals. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss the areas of overlap and distinctiveness between the general management and public management subject areas and journals, thereby becoming better equipped to decide where to place their potential article. The PDW should appeal to scholars who publish in the public management, public administration, public policy or other public sector fields, as well as to other scholars whose data is collected from, amongst others, the public sector, government, volunteering or NGO sources.
We are very pleased to announce the participation of the following scholars:
