I regret that a previous announcement about E-PARC contained a faulty
link.
E-PARC is an open-access website containing FREE on-line teaching
resources for those who teach collaborative public management, networks
and public management, collaborative governance, and collaborative
problem solving around the world.
The two easiest ways to access E-PARC are:
www.maxwell.syr.edu/parc/eparc
www.e-parc.org
(don't forget the hyphen in e-parc here)
The site now includes 5 award-winning syllabi from the Don Kettl/Smith
Richardson "Networks and Public Management" competition, as well as
teaching cases and simulation from our own international competition.
Sincerely,
Rosemary O'Leary
Co-Director, Collaborative Governance Initiative
