I joined a list that has calls for papers of sundry sorts and just received the attached one for the "ICFAI Journal of Urban Policy" based in <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">India</st1:place></st1:country-region>. As a new journal it might be able to publish a higher proportion of submissions faster than some other ones. In any case, I'm sending it along without any endorsement of it FYI.

I am still soliciting papers for the Handbook of 21st Century Management (SAGE, 2008) though I have 78 chapters assigned so far, which can be viewed at:
http://management-education.net/h . Proposals can be a title, 100 word overview, and brief bio including germane related publications. Final chapters will due January 31, 2007, and be 7000-8000 words (with 20 percent of suggested references-the end user is seen as being undergraduates doing term papers in management courses).
