Topic: Strategy, Planning and Entrepreneurial Spirit in Turbulent Times.
In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity, Albert Einstein.
We are going to examine the subject of Strategy in the context of the current turbulent times and are looking from various perspectives, including spiritual, visionary approaches. What has changed, what principles proved erroneous, what worked? What about the planning and forecasting process in volatile times?
Is Strategic Entrepreneurship in corporations the right way? Are the Effectuation principles by Sarasvathy applicable in all contexts?
What is the role of charisma and leadership, when it comes to opportunity recognition and exploitation?
Did we even ask the right questions so far when it comes to entrepreneurial success?
Papers may come from a variety of perspectives in entrepreneurship, amongst (but not exhaustive)

The Perspectives journal series invites fresh perspectives and often controversial topics for discussion.
While looking for excellent academic craftsmanship, we are open for conceptual, qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods alike! We especially also invite PhD students to bring in their views and perceptions. All papers will be double blind peer reviewed to the highest standards.
