    Dear colleagues,

We at the Center of Business Administration, Public & Nonprofit Management of Professor Bernd Helmig, University of Mannheim, are currently working on a review article concerning the understanding of accountability in both the public and nonprofit management literature. For this purpose, we would like to analyze the journals that are most important for accountability issues. In order to identify these, we would be very grateful if you could provide us with a list of (max. five) journals you consider to be the most relevant in this field. Since we are interested in gathering a comprehensive picture of the literature on accountability among public and nonprofit management researchers, no ranking of the journals will be required.

Please send your email including a simple list of about five journal titles to:

    survey@oebwl.bwl.uni-mannheim.de

Aiming at getting a representative selection of journals, we would also be thankful if you forwarded this message to your colleagues working in the public or nonprofit field.

Thank you very much for your time and help!

    Kind regards,

    Katharina
