The 2009 Southeastern Conference of Public Administration (SECOPA) 30th
anniversary conference will be held in Louisville, Kentucky from
September 30 to October 3, 2009. This conference will offer many panels
and workshops that will be of interest to practitioners, faculty,
researchers, and students in our field. Additionally, we are proud to
have Dr. James Ramsey (University of Louisville President) and Crit
Luallen (Kentucky State Auditor) to deliver the keynote luncheon
addresses on Oct 1 & Oct 2 respectively. These are two of best examples
of public servants that Kentucky has to offer. Please join us for
