ANNOUNCING THE IPMJ FACEBOOK PAGE "AUTHOR'S CORNER"
Starting with the new issue of IPMJ, we are introducing a new feature that we believe will significantly add to the value you receive as an IPMJ reader or author, and as a "fan" on our Facebook page.
We are as of this issue inviting each author of a paper appearing in the current issue of IPMJ to email us at the Facebook page a discussion of the paper they have written. We are asking authors not to provide an abstract, but to make their discussion more personal -- how they got interested in the topic of their paper, what the challenges were of gathering data and writing the paper, what they see as the paper's main contribution. Any comments received from authors will then be posted on the IPMJ Facebook page. Because of the interactive element of Facebook, you the reader are then welcome to post your reactions (before or after reading the paper), and we hope that this may set in motion a dialogue between authors and readers.
All posts received from authors will be entered on the page under the common rubric: AUTHOR'S CORNER. We have contacted authors about preparing posts, and will post any comments as received.
If you have not already "liked" our Facebook page and are on Facebook, just access "International Public Management Journal."
