Colleagues,
The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has proposed revisions to the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) and is asking for comments on these revisions by April 8th. The recent push to revamp the FEVS has been stimulated by the article Assessing the Past and Promise of the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey for Public Management Research: A Research Synthesis, which recently won Public Administration Review's 2015 William E. Mosher and Frederick C. Mosher Award for best article by an academic. Please visit the links below for more information on the FEVS and how you can comment on these proposed changes.
