Dear Colleagues,
We invite you to submit proposals for symposia to be published in the
International Journal of Organization Theory and Behavior (IJOTB). IJOTB is quarterly journal that publishes theory development alongside methodologically rigorous papers that advance knowledge in public and non-profit management. The journal seeks innovative, novel, and critical articles that explore multi, macro, meso, and micro-level units of analysis in topical areas of management in public or non-profit settings along with the development of relevant and robust information for public and non-profit managers. The journal is committed to publishing work from authors across the globe in an attempt to advance the fields of public and non-profit management.
We are looking for symposia on "hot topics" in our field. In addition, there is an opportunity for a "fast-track" to publication because of the current manuscript queue, so please contact Neil Boyd or Veronica Vecchi,(Associate Editors) to share your proposals.
Thanks so much,
Neil & Veronica
