Dear Colleague,
As part of a project to modernize and institutionalize strategic planning process in state-owned electricity utilities (SOEs), I am looking for material, preferably a workbook, on frameworks and tools for SOEs, that could offer some help.
There are some material available though (e.g. Barry, 1997; Lake, 2002; Bryson, 1995), however, highly appreciate if you could advise recent and European approaches/frameworks.
