Governance and Management Review (GMR) is an open access, double blind peer-reviewed and refereed journal of Institute of Administrative Sciences, University of the Punjab that provides a platform for research and scholarship on management-oriented topics and themes. The journal publishes articles of multi-disciplinary and interdisciplinary nature as well as empirical research from and within traditional disciplines and managerial functions. Conceptual and empirical paper contributions are invited across the full range of business and management disciplines. Besides research articles, the journal also publishes review papers including systematic literature reviews and book reviews. The editorial board comprises of some very renowned national and international academics in the field of management from USA, UK, Malaysia, Netherlands and Australia.
