My name is Rebecca Herman and I am a Doctoral Candidate at Capella
University. I am conducting dissertation research to determine if there is
a relationship between organizational servant leadership and a culture of
workplace spirituality.
You were selected for possible participation by virtue of your membership
in the Academy of Management’s Public & Nonprofit Division list server.
Your participation does not require that you to have any particular
knowledge, experience, or expertise in these subjects. For this research,
I am seeking participants who are:
1. adults (at least 18 years old) who are
2. employed part-time or full-time
3. and are not sole proprietors.
