Dear PNP members,
We had a wonderful Academy of Management meeting this August in Anaheim. Special thanks to Dean Eitel and Stephen Teo for doing a great job of organizing our division program and Neil Boyd for organizing the professional development workshops.
The 2009 Academy of Management meeting will be held in Chicago. The conference theme, "Green Management Matters", is particularly attractive to those of us in the Public and Nonprofit Division.
Here are some important dates and reminders as we prepare for the 2009 Academy of Management meeting in Chicago.
1. It is time to sign up to be reviewers for the PNP Division. Please do so at
http://review.aomonline.org.
2. Submissions to the Division Program and for the Professional Development Workshops (PDW) will open in November. The deadline for papers, symposium proposals, and PDW proposals is January 15th. More details will be coming from Neil Boyd, our program chair, and Leisha DeHart Davis, our PDW chair in the near future.
