    Penn State Harrisburg’s School of Public Affairs invites applications for a
    non-tenure track position in Public Administration at the rank of Senior
    Lecturer or Lecturer, effective Fall Semester 2015. The appointment is
    full-time for one year with the possibility of reappointment. The School
    seeks a generalist with interests in areas including, but not limited to,
    Non-Profit Administration and Public Management. Expertise in areas such as
    Public Finance and Organization Theory is also desirable but not required.

    The successful candidate will have an earned doctorate in Public
    Administration or a related discipline. Experience in online asynchronous
    education preferred but not required. Primary teaching assignment is in the
    Master of Public Administration (MPA) program, although the candidate may
    have the option to teach in other programs based on interest and expertise.
    The MPA is offered both in-residence and online.

    Penn State University's only graduate program in Public Administration is
    offered at Penn State Harrisburg. The program is NASPAA accredited and
    ranks in the top 25% of programs nationally. The School of Public Affairs
    also includes graduate and undergraduate programs in Criminal Justice,
    Health Administration, Homeland Security, Public Policy, and Political
    Science. There are currently 300 students enrolled in the MPA program’s
