You can post the announcement directly just by joining the listserv of the
Public and Nonprofit Division. Also, if you send the announcement to me as
an email, I can forward it to the listserv. If you do it that way, make
sure that you indicate clearly in the front of the message where inquiries
should go, so they do not come to me as the person who simply forwarded
it.
