Good afternoon,
I am currently a PhD candidate in the Psychology department at Bowling
Green State University. For my dissertation, I am trying to collect data
from employees through a short online survey. The questions in the survey
are very general and refer to their behaviors at work.
I am writing to see if it would be possible to send an email out through
this listserv in order to let colleagues know about the survey? The study
has been approved by HSRB: ID #: H11D114GX2. The message can be found below

Dear colleagues,
I am currently completing my PhD in I-O Psychology and am collecting data
for my dissertation. This study focuses on people�s behaviors in the
workplace and consists of a survey that is posted online. I would be
pleased if you would take part!
It requires roughly 20-25 minutes to complete. At the end of the online
survey, participants will be asked to provide the name and email address of
a co-worker who may be interested in completing a survey as well. You will
not be able to access his/her responses and he/she will not be able to
access your responses All information collected is kept completely
confidential and secure, and only the researchers will have access to the
data.
In exchange, *each participant will be entered into a draw for one of 16
$25 gift certificates from Amazon.com*. In order to participate you must
be:
1) At least 18 years of age
2) Employed full-time
3) Have a supervisor or manager (other than an academic advisor or
departmental head)
