    We are pleased to announce the publication of Regulation & Governance symposium
    on "Dysfunctional institutions? Toward a New Agenda in Governance Studies," guest edited by Aseem Prakash and Matthew Potoski.

    This symposium should interest nonprofits scholars in seeking to understand
    governance failures and why nonprofits may or may not be able to address them.
