The behavior of our tax authorities in using keyword searches to "target" some conservative political groups for scrutiny for determinations about their requests for status as tax-exempt organizations has been much under discussion in the US. I thought that IPMN people, perhaps particularly in the US, but maybe elsewhere, might be interested in the blog post I just wrote about this – because I think it has some relevance to thinking about public management more broadly.
